We typically arrive about an hour and a half before your event so the booth, the backdrop and the lighting are all set and tested before anybody sees them.
Once the booth opens, strangers become friends after three candid shots together. On a print package each of them takes a copy home, and a second copy can go into our optional add-on guestbook experience.
Our attended packages keep someone manning the booth at all times. This way the line stays moving, and the pictures come out perfect.
Once the music starts the booth gets loud. On a print package everyone takes a copy home to remember the moment forever.
If you have asked for the photo guestbook, guests slide a print into it and write a heartfelt message beside their photo.
More than a photo
Your wedding memories deserve more than just a photo. They deserve beautiful, professional images and an elevated experience your guests genuinely enjoy. We use a professional DSLR camera and studio lighting, and we take the time to understand our cameras, printers and software, so the photos look consistently beautiful.

Space, prints, timing, payment and everything else worth knowing before you book.
How much space do you require for your photo booth?
Our setups require an 8×8 ft space with at least 8 ft of height clearance to comfortably fit the booth, backdrop, and guest flow.
What size are the photo booth prints?
We offer popular photo formats such as 2×6 photo strips and 4×6 prints, we can customize the photo prints to your desired format.
How early do you arrive to set up the photo booth?
We typically arrive 1.5 hrs before your event to ensure everything is ready to go before your event! Set up time required will differ depending on how many booths we need to set up.
How does payment work?
A $250 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date and time. Balance payments are due 30 days before your event. If your event is less than 30 days away, we require payment in full up front.
What happens if I need to change something about my booking?
We’re happy to work with you when changes are needed. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate changes depending on availability, your event date, and the terms of your agreement.
Are your photo booths good for corporate events?
Absolutely. Photo booths are a great way to increase guest engagement at corporate parties, conferences, trade shows, brand activations, company celebrations, holiday parties, and grand openings. Our branded photo experiences can give guests something fun to interact with while also putting your brand directly into the content they take home and share. We can customize the photo experience with your company’s branding, colors, logo, messaging, and event theme.
Do you offer photo booth rentals throughout Utah?
Yes! We provide photo booth rental services throughout the Salt Lake City area and surrounding Utah communities. If you’re outside our normal service area, contact us with your event location and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate it.

Yes! Charisma PhotoBooth Co. is fully insured, giving you and your venue added peace of mind. We understand that many venues, planners, schools, and corporate events require vendors to carry insurance, and we’re happy to provide proof of insurance when requested.
